It helps you attract things into your life that you are grateful for but what’s also great is by applying it you learn to appreciate yourself and all around you.

It’s important to really watch what you are thinking about and catch certain thoughts you have about your self. This is important to change your subconscious mind. For example when you find yourself thinking a negative thought about your self, say positive affirmations to build your image. If you don’t have any or you aren’t sure, look in the mirror and try this: say I love me. Then look at your features and be grateful for them. Look at your body from head to toe and appreciate yourself. Keep saying out loud many things you love about your self. This might sound silly or even crazy but if you are having negative thoughts about your self you need to build your image and change what’s in your subconscious mind about your self. If in your subconscious mind you don’t think you deserve things or you aren’t capable of achieving certain things then you are not going to be able to attract that until you change yourself from inside out. In life we all go through tough times. However by staying positive through the bad times as well as the good can make all the difference and will let you grow and learn something. But how do we stay positive when things get tough? Staying conscious and positive in these times may not be on the top of your mind when you are in these situations but by re-training your mind this can be done. The trick to staying positive is to take your mind off your problems and worries and re-energizing your mind.       • Each day take time out to do something that you enjoy doing that doesn’t require you to make choices or decisions, something which relaxes you.

      • Do something that you wouldn’t normally do, something that is totally out of character, take up a new hobby or sport that you would never have dreamed of doing.
