Yep – you really can do it!
But how do I know what YOU – I mean me – wants?
Well – to be honest – it doesn’t really matter what you want because you will GET whatever you are thinking about.
But be careful – that goes both ways.
If you focus on the bad things that MIGHT Happen you are bringing yourself closer to them occuring by thinking about them.
Sure – I know it’s TOUGH not thinking about WHAT MIGHT BE but the secret is to not DWELL or overthink about the negative and bad.
Whenever I find myself in a frame of mind where something negative or a bad outcome crosses my thoughts I will try to immediately BUMP that away and reinforce my desire for GOOD to take over.
Me personally – I will say to myself – I intent to feel good.
I want to feel good – I feel good – I feel real good! I intend to surround myself with abundance and success.
While there is no reference book for this kind of stuff – it is well documented that thoughts can contribute to outcomes.
While I do not proclaim myself to be a self help guru or a positive thinking mogul – I did set up a section at my blog for Motivational Articles.
